We guarantee the origin of the mannequins and under no circumstances do we sell any counterfeited or faulty products.  All the components of the dummies are packaged separately in bubble wrap, to prevent any damage during carriage.


The essential characteristics of the products are presented on, in each of the product data sheets. The images and the colours of the products sold on may however not exactly correspond to the real colors, because of the Internet browser and/or screen used.

The product prices may be revised periodically. You are advised to check the final sale price before sending your order form.




2.1 The prices of our products are given in CAD, US, EU, exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.


2.2 Delivery costs depend on weight and distance. Prices of transportation are given at the end of the order and before the payment.


2.3 In the event of an order to a country other than Canada, you are the importer of the product or products in question. For all products shipped beyond Canada and overseas departments and territories, the price shall automatically be calculated exclusive of tax on the invoice (except for private individuals, who shall receive invoices inclusive of all tax, regardless of the destination). Excise duties, other local taxes, import duties or State taxes may be payable. Such sums or duties do not fall within the remit of They shall be payable by the purchaser, who shall be entirely responsible for them, both in terms of their declaration and their payment to the relevant authorities in the country in question. 2.4 All orders, irrespective of their origin, are payable in CAD, US, EU    .


2.5 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced in accordance with the tariffs in force at the time at which the order is made.


2.6 The products remain the property of WMF until such time as the price is fully paid up.


2.7 Any deposit you may have paid for an order which is not carried through shall remain our property and shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Our offers of products and prices are valid for as long as they remain visible on the website, while available stocks last.

For those products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to their being available with our suppliers.

In this latter case, information on the availability of products is supplied to you when you place the order. This information comes directly from our suppliers, and may be subject to errors or modifications. In the event that the product should be unavailable after you have placed an order, we shall inform you of this by e-mail or by letter as soon as we have received the information from the suppliers. Your order shall be cancelled automatically and you will be refunded immediately, if your bank account has been debited.

In the case of a payment being made by cheque, if all or part of the order is unavailable, the reimbursement may be made, at the discretion of WMF, either by crediting your bank account or by cheque, not later than thirty days from the date of the payment by the customer.




The products are delivered to the delivery address that you provide during the order placement process. The lead times set out on the "delivery lead times and costs" page are the usual average times and correspond to the time required for processing the shipment and the shipping itself.


When you order several products at the same time and if they have different dispatch lead times, the overall order dispatch lead time is based on the longest of the terms. WMF does however reserve the possibility of breaking shipments down into batches. The costs for postage and packaging will only be invoiced to the customer for a single shipment in this case. WMF shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from a delay in the shipment. Any order that has not been sent out within 30 days of the order being placed shall be cancelled, unless otherwise stipulated in the offer.

In the event of there being a delay in shipment, you will be informed by e-mail.

If payment is being made by bank card, the lead times set out are average terms and correspond to the shipment and delivery lead times (on the "Lead times and costs" page) for products going out to CA


If payment is being made by cheque or by bank transfer, the order will be processed when the cheque or transfer is received. Consequently, the lead times that are applicable in this instance run from the date of reception of the cheque or transfer and may therefore differ slightly from those given on the day on which the order was placed.

For all payments made by cheque or bank transfer, please include the order form which you must print out when placing your order.

For payments by cheque or by transfer, for an order of products that are held in stock, we hold back the products for you for a period of 7 days, as from the moment the order is placed. Once this period terminates, the said products may be released for sale once again on the site.




Your purchases may be paid for:

The card will be debited when the order is dispatched.


- by cheque:

The cheque must be drawn on a bank in Canada and sent to WMF, Customer Service – 8075 Henri Bourassa – H1E 2Z3 Montréal – Canada.

The cheque will be cashed as soon as it is received. The delivery will be made a few days after the cheque has been received.


- by bank transfer:

We dispatch the order once your transfer has been credited to our account.



The case of pre-ordered articles:


WMF enables on-line reservations to be made for articles that are forthcoming but which are not immediately available on


To make such a reservation, you need to make a down payment. In order to guarantee the reservation, WMF will cash your payment (bank card, cheque or transfer) as soon as it is received. The outstanding amount will be requested from you a few days before your order is dispatched.


In the event that WMF is unable to deliver the products you have reserved, your down payment shall be refunded to you automatically.


In the event that you withdraw the order, any sums you have paid to WMF shall remain the property of this latter and shall not be refunded.

You have a period of 10 working days from the moment you receive the goods to bring to our attention any problems or omissions in the delivery. No complaints made after the expiry of this period will be accepted.

We undertake to exchange or replace any products that are faulty, damaged or defective or which do not correspond to the order you placed. In such an event, we should be grateful if you would draw up a detailed written statement (by letter or by e-mail) before sending the products back to us.

In order to facilitate the handling of any such complaints, please provide as much information as possible (photos, description of the problem).

You shall then be responsible for packaging and shipment costs.


In the event that the product or products to be replaced are not in stock in our warehouse, we undertake to refund them in full.


For individuals:

Individuals have 7 days to change their minds without justify themselves and paying anything except cost of returns. All goods must be return in their original package.

Refunds for products under the terms of articles 7 and 9 shall be made no later than 2 weeks after we have received said products.

The reimbursement shall be made, at the discretion of WMF, either by crediting your bank account or by cheque, made payable to the customer who placed the order and sent to the billing address. No cash-on-delivery shipment will be accepted, whatever the grounds.
